Lovely room in friendly house share by Eaton park!

Furnished double room with wardrobe near the NNUH, UEA, Beryl bike station and City bus routes. Available from 15th April.

Light, double room with floor space. Room comes with a double bed and a mattress, bedside table and wardrobe. The house has two bathrooms, a large sitting/dining room and a kitchen with two fridges and extra pantry storage. In addition, we also have a washing machine and tumble dryer, and dry line in the garden for when the weather is good. Finally, we have a garden with a shed that can be used to store bikes.

There is plenty of free on-road parking, and the house is in walking distance of UEA, the Reasearch Park and NNUH. It is across the road from the beautiful Eaton Park and city bus routes. 25 minute walk to Unthank Road shops and 30-50 minute walk in to the city depending how quickly you walk!

We are a mixed house of two males and a female, and would be happy to add any professional between the ages of 26-36. Ideally someone who works out of the house.

We are a friendly trio (all have lived here for some time) and enjoy chatting whilst cooking, eating together. We occasionally cook a dinner together, and when the weather is good, spending an evening in the garden. We also love being active, walking in nature and playing sport. We'd love to find someone who could fit in to a chilled, sociable house and is happy to spend time getting to know one another.

The room is available 1st April. It's a private let and our landlord is happy for us to find the right fit for the house. It’s a 1 month rolling contract, but please note we would be looking for a longer-term housemate to avoid further changes and to be able to settle into the house/get to know one another.
