Professional ensuite available 2-4 nights per week

A recently refurbished private room with en-suite. Located in a vibrant area between the city centre and the University, all of which are within walking distance or a very short bus ride. It is also just a 5 minute walk to popular bars and restaurants.

This is a room in a family home. My husband is a paramedic who works shifts so we would appreciate a quiet guest. We are looking for a professional who would like a room for 2-4 nights a week, weekdays only

The room has a private en-suite bathroom with traditional rain shower and under floor heating (which we do turn off in the summer). The room has use of two bedside cabinets, bedside lamps, TV and radio. We can remove any of these furnishes so you can make the room your own.

We can provide safe, covered storage for bikes and non permit parking is available on the road.

We offer our well equipped kitchen/ diner as a shared space which has a wood fired range, cooker, washing machine etc. We would consider sharing meals with you for a small fee.

We will appreciate your privacy during your stay. The room is directly off the main entrance hallway next to the front door so you will not have to walk through any shared spaces to access it. We also put up a screen divider across the hall and do not regularly use front door as our access to the house and instead use the garage access as we cycle everywhere.

There is a friendly three legged cat on the property so although the room is pet free, this may not be suitable for people with pet allergies.

We are asking for £35 per night
