Boasting a brand new kitchen being fitted in July 2024 complete with usual appliances plus the addition of a dishwasher.

Generous communal space consisting of a dining room with large dining table to eat or study at alongside patio doors opening onto to the large sunny rear garden.

PLUS a large separate lounge with plenty of sofas and more patio doors onto the large sunny rear garden.

A separate utility/laundry room provides a tumble dryer and washing machine.

We have 4 double rooms available which are all a great size and fully furnished with quality mexican pine furniture, and include a queen-sized double bed, bedside chest, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.

Prices range from £150 for en-suite,
£138 to £135 per week including bills.

There are 2 communal shower rooms shared between 5 in total. One is being fitted brand new in July. (The 6th & 7th rooms have their own ensuites)

Single occupancy per room only. No couples sharing a room.
