Since I'm leaving uni after signing a house contract for next year, I need to find someone to replace me.
The house is a 4 bed 5 bath (3 en suite) and is around a 20 minute walk from the UEA campus with a bus stop into town, a co-op, and tesco petrol station 5 minutes away.
There is a driveway which can fit two smaller cars and plenty of street parking.
Inside there is a shared living room with a TV, an oven, airfryer, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and dryer.
The bedroom I am leaving has a double bed with storage space underneath, a wardrobe, and a desk and chair. As well as an en suite with a shower.
One resident has a cat which will be in the house.
