Room spare

Hi there, I’ve recently moved into 139.
There are two bedrooms upstairs, I am in one! And then one opposite on the landing, aswell as a single room downstairs which is occupied. The room is generous in size with a wardrobe space in the wall, a fresh set of paint on the whole house is under way with my landlady.

Downstairs is a shared living space, kitchen and bathroom. As well as a garden which is lovely! , I’ve tried to make everything has homely as possible, but there is a lot of inventory meaning you don’t need a lot to move in and be set up!

Located just outside of the city, it’s only around 10 minutes to Chapelfield garden.

I have signed a 6 month contract, but plan on renewing this up to 12 months after.

Abit about me- I’m 22 years old, currently doing intermission at NUA meaning I go back in December for my last term, I currently work full time in hospitality down the road. I enjoy chilling at home, it’s my favourite hobby. I prefer going to gigs and events in summer then clubbing or drinking randomly, but do love a pint in the sunshine.
I’m laid back, just keen to have someone easy going who I feel comfortable around in this house.
