Single room available in friendly shared house in NR2. Walking distance to city centre, 15 minutes cycle or 20 minutes bus ride to UEA. Room includes bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. Twin slot shelf uprights were installed by previous tenant (with permission from landlord) and can be removed or left as needed by new occupant.

House has living room, kitchen (electric oven and hob), two toilets (one shower), basement, garden with secure gate access and locked bike shed. Permit and non permit street parking available.

Shared house of PhD students and young professionals. Housemates 2 male, 2 female and 3 are LGBTQ+. New housemate would ideally be happy to integrate with friendly house dynamic, including participating in our cooking rota (cooking once per week). Housemates mostly vegetarian/vegan, enjoy board games, film nights, house plants and bouldering.

Tenancy runs until 31st July 2025. Available from 14th May, would ideally like to find the right person to take over from 1st June latest. Can be flexible

Bills (including broadband, excluding council tax) ~£60 per month.
Council tax band C, currently split between two tenants (three PhD student tenants are exempt from council tax).
