Room for rent in city-centre flat

We (Sam & Megan) are looking for a third flatmate to move into our city-centre flat when our current flatmate moves outs on the 30th of June. Our flat is in the centre of Norwich, a couple of minutes away from the market. We are easy-going, creative and sociable and looking for someone likeminded to live with us. We both enjoy getting outdoors (cycling/camping/climbing, etc) and go for bike rides together when we can so being outdoorsy could be a plus!

The flat is a three bed flat with 2 large bedrooms and 2 smaller rooms (bedroom & studio/wardrobe/whatever you want!). The two smaller rooms are the rooms available to rent and come unfurnished. Our flat is a top floor (2nd floor) flat which gets lots of sun and has nice views. The room has a couple of windows with window boxes for plants.

The flat has a shared kitchen / dining room and a shared bathroom. There is space to store bicycles in the building and currently no available parking permit for the street - free parking is a 10/15 minute walk away. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and a dishwasher and washing machine. There isn't a garden however we do have a fire escape and window boxes for plants as well as a couple of house plants!

Rent is £385 pcm excluding bills (wifi, water, council tax, gas and electric) which are currently around an extra £120 pcm (£505 pcm total), we try to keep bills cheap.

The flat isn’t suitable for undergrad students as there are issues with council tax!
