In a quiet area just off the golden triangle in Heigham Grove we offer a large room in a 3rd floor flat (no lift). The flat is warm and comfy with broadband available. Light bright and spacious the flat has good facilities - washing machine, drying area, large lounge, bathroom with shower and separate loo. You would be sharing with our art student daughter and have full use of the flat with your own lockable huge double room currently fitted with a single bed and pull out trundle bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Plenty of space for your own stuff and you can decorate as you wish although we expect the decor to be returned to neutral when you leave. The area is very quiet and safe with outdoor and stairwell lighting.. Easy 15 min walk into the city. Bike shed available if required. Council tax band A
