Summer Let in High-Quality Student House

Myself and my housemates are looking for a student (at UEA or NUA only) to rent a light-filled, double bedroom with a spacious private balcony in our beautiful home in one of the most desirable roads on the Golden Triangle for 2 months from the 18th of June to the 18th of August 2024.
Normally a 6-bedroom house, only 4 others will be present at any time. You will have access to a bathroom that you share with only one other housemate.
Female applicants are preferred as you will be sharing a landing with another female and rent may be negotiable dependent on individual circumstance.
All of the people at the house are non-smokers, but there are ashtrays in the rear garden so it is not forbidden.
We’re all normal, friendly people so we’re happy for someone who is either sociable and looking to meet new friends during the summer or someone who keeps to themselves and wants to make use of a quiet house in a peaceful area.
5-minute walk from both the 25 and 26 bus lines which take about 5 minutes to get to the city centre and 15 minutes to get to UEA. Chapelfield is a 15 minute walk away.
Kitchen space and access to all appliances will be provided.
We only kindly request that there are no overnight guests.
