For rent a double room in beautifully renovated house. Looking for a professional Monday to Friday as i work away most weeks so you will basically be getting a whole house for the duration. I will be here some weeks on a Monday and Friday, however the majority of my work is away so your getting a 1 bedroom house to yourself. (As my room and spare are off limits) Lovely neighbourhood, off road parking, private garden etc.

Upstairs/downstairs bathrooms.

Fully furnished.

Everything included, including bed changing weekly and room clean.

I am not looking for students or anyone that wants to have parties or events in my home. If this occurs at all contracts will be terminated and you will be asked to leave immediately.

Im a easy going guy and am looking for someone with good work ethics, clean and tidy and professional. I will be asking for a reference and there will be a legally binding contract written up. 😀
