Lovely, light airy furnished room with wonderful views of the river and the cathedral, in stylish 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, 3 story house. Light, modern second bathroom (next to room).

Wonderful location, on the river, opposite the cathedral. Short walk to the station, 10 minutes walk to the city centre through the lovely cathedral quarter. Everything you could need within walking distance : station, gyms, cinemas, theatres, shopping, restaurants, supermarkets, yoga centre, museums, etc.

Sharing with me, Louise, a friendly, relaxed Designer and teacher, with a love of the arts, and my friendly little cat Coco. I enjoy creativity, cooking, yoga, long walks in nature, cinema, theatre and singing with The Voice Project.

My son Ben is a recent film school graduate, living and working in London following his passion of film. He visits sometimes.

I am flexible about start date, as I prefer to find the right person

Would suit a female mature student or young professional. I work from home quite a bit, so prefer someone who works or studies mostly away from home
