I’m renting out a lovely setup in my home. A spacious double bedroom with its own ensuite and an adjoining walk in wardrobe/storage room. The house is in NR1, tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac just 10 minutes’ walk from the city centre.

You’ll be sharing with two clean, friendly, and respectful housemates. Both recent graduates. It’s an easygoing, considerate household and LGBTQ+ friendly.

This is ideally a 6-12 month let. With a possibility of something long term in the future.

What’s included:
• A large double bedroom with a comfy bed, desk, drawers, bedside tables, 50” TV and Bluetooth speakers

• A second private room which connects to the ensuite, used as a walk-in wardrobe/storage area

• Your own ensuite bathroom (there’s a bit of cosmetic wear in there, but it’s fully functional)

• Access to the shared kitchen and living spaces

• Fixed term: 3 to 6 months
• Available immediately
• Best suited to a tidy, respectful professional or mature student
