The house is a large, 3-story with 2 bathrooms and 1 en-suite (room does NOT have the ensuite.) The kitchen is big and open, with seating, gas stovetop, a new oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Kitchen has a door to a nice little garden that has a garage attached. The living room is also a large space with two small balconies, great for having guests over and socialising. The front if the property also has a fence, convenient for locking a bike up!

The area itself is very accessible, with a bus stop less than a minute away that takes you to city centre in 10 minutes (Castle Meadow stop) . There are also lots of shops in walking distance; Tesco express, a fruit&veg shop, an Aldi, a Lidl, and a large Asda.

Exact rent is £412.50, bills including council tax is ~£150. We are in council tax band D

Here's a little bit about us:
We are currently a house of 3.2 , 2 working professionals, 1 student and a cat named Hiccup (the 0.2). We're friendly, respectful and tidy, ensuring all common spaces are kept clean for everyone. I'd also say that we're quite sociable people despite keeping to ourselves quite often :P

We are also pet friendly depending on the animal :)
