I am looking for someone to join me in my recently renovated home on Unthank Road. I have a spare room (currently being used a dressing room) that is now available. You will have your own private bathroom too! ☺️
I’m Beckie, I am a Retail Manager in Norwich so I tend to work every Saturday. I am quiet and tidy and mostly keep myself to my room where I doomscroll TikTok most evenings. Otherwise I am often around Unthank Road in a pub with my friends enjoying a couple of well deserved savvy b’s. I am hoping to find someone similar where we like our own space but hopefully become good friends too!
Although the room is unfurnished I do have some furniture I can contribute such as drawers/desk etc. The house is fully furnished with a shared living room, dining room and kitchen. No permit is required for parking.
Rent is £625pcm and bills will be around £175 each month, if WFH this will be agreed.
Couples will be considered for +£275.
