Hello, our house is looking for another housemate for the next academic year, with potential to move belongings into the property around August 2026.

We our currently a house of 4 boys but our fourth member is graduating leaving an empty space to be filled. We are all fourth year medical students going into our fifth year at UEA.

The house is a 15 min walk from UEA campus next to village. It is a four bedroom house, with two shared bathrooms equipped with showers. The house also comes with a secure bike shed and off street private parking space for multiple cars.

The room available for rent is an upstairs large double with wardrobe space, images attached. Rent is around £610 pcm with all bills included in this cost, 11 month contract with flexibility to change based upon needs.
