Hi there,
I am looking for someone to take over my lovely double beedroom from mid March!

The room is located on the ground floor of the house, with a really nice big bay window and comes fully furnished (bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, nightstand).

The house features a nice living/dining room, big kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a shower and a bathtub! All windows are double glazed and the house has gas central heating. You also have access to a small garden with an apple tree, olive tree and raspberry bush :)

You will be sharing the house with three other lovely female housemates who all keep the house nice and clean and are always up for a movie night or dinner together! As this is a female professional houseshare, we are looking for a female professional who wants to stay on long term.

The rent includes council tax and other bills are arranged between ourselves (around 60-80 pounds per month).

The house is situated in the heart of the golden triangle, just a 20 min walk to the city centre and ~10 min bikeride to the University or the Research Park. It's very close to Unthank Road with nice pubs and shops and a really nice neighbourhood!
