Direct bus route to NNUH and city centre. 15 min walk from Aldi, and less than 5 minutes walk to corner shop and pharmacy. There is room in garage for a small car and room for a car outside the house (would need a permit).

There will be 3 girls living in the house, 2 studying healthcare courses (third year) and 1 studying law (second year). Downstairs there is a kitchen (two fridges), living room, small bathroom and a downstairs bedroom. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms (2 available) with a shared bathroom. There is an en-suite upstairs, so the 2 rooms that are being advertised and the bedroom downstairs would be sharing the upstairs bathroom. Upstairs bathroom has a shower and bath, with space to store toiletries. There is a washing machine in the kitchen, with a tumble dryer in the garage.

The house is clean and tidy, we use a weekly cleaning rota to keep on top of the house. We are a social house, but there is no pressure to socialise with each other! We often cook together, watch TV and sometimes do crafts! We sometimes go to the pub, and have nights out. But equally enjoy having quiet nights in.
