Double room available in NR2. The room is very large with extensive storage and wardrobe space built in. It has an attached box room which I currently use as the bedroom, but would suit anybody who works from home as it would make a great office. The room is in a shared house with one other tenant. The house is in a lovey location and backs onto the park behind.
The house also benefits from a large garage, a garden, and off street parking to the rear of the property. There is also on street permit parking. The neighbours are lovely, and the city is in easy walking distance.
I am advertising my room for a tenancy swap. I have been living with my current housemate for almost two years. I have decided to move back in with family in order to save for a deposit.
My housemate will remain at the property and ideally would prefer a young professional who is clean and tidy.
Bills are approximately £180 per month including council tax.
The room is unfurnished, but I will leave the bedframe and mattress if preferred.
I am able to move out as soon as possible, and simply need to find somebody who would like to take over the room.
The tenancy runs until October 2026.
