Gorgeous En Suite Rarely Available

Hi there. I am a vet who shares the house with other professionals. The house is usually quiet, everybody is cool and nice. We help each other with house tasks. I am changing area so I need a replacement for my room. I will be leaving immediately when I find the lucky person who will replace me. The house has multiple advantages and the initial contract ends in 22nd June. You can renew after that date. I need a professional who earns at least 1750 pounds a month to take my place.

Spacious en suite with double bed, desk, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and a big drawer unit.

Car park space for 5 cars(usually we’re not at home simultaneously and there is more space to park your car)
Common room with sofas and tv
2 hobs
2 ovens

All the cutlery and kitchen equipment provided(some of us prefer their own equipment)
Lots of fridge, freezer and cupboard space
Front garden which is regularly attended by gardener
Close to city but far from the main city traffic(that was my main reason to rent this place)
Close to university and hospital(walking distance)
Quiet neighborhood
Close to main roads if you work different places like me
