Hello!
We're looking for a third housemate to join us at the top of York Street, just off Unthank Road.
It's a three bedroom house in a convenient spot, about a 15 minute walk from the town centre and 20 minutes from Eaton Park.
The bedroom is unfurnished. One bathroom, lots of living space - living room, separate dining room, kitchen, and a generous garden with lots of lovely greenery!
There's on-street parking with resident permit. Move in date is officially 9th of June but there’s potential to move in after this if needed.
Deposit: one month's rent
Bills: currently about £150 (water, electricity, gas, WiFi, council tax - band B)
We don't pay a cleaner so we have a rota.
