Hi! I’m looking for a girl to take over my en-suite room with a double bed in a lovely 4-bed student house for the 2026/27 academic year
Location: 18 Mottram Close (10 min walk to UEA campus)
Contract: 18th September 2026 – July 2027
Rent: £545 per month (excluding bills)
The house:
4-bedroom house
The available room is on the first floor, along with two other bedrooms
Private bathroom + an additional common toilet on the ground floor
Fully furnished
Shared kitchen + living area
Kitchen looks out onto a garden
Friendly, tidy housemates (all girls)
Ideally looking for:
A female UEA undergraduate student (3rd or 4th year), but are open to 1st or 2nd years as well
Clean, respectful and easy-going
Someone who will fit well with the current house dynamic
We’re a South Asian household, so someone with a similar background or any Asian background would be a great fit
