Me and my mates are looking for someone to replace someone who's dropping out of our house, I'm a psychology student going into 3rd year at UEA (im 20), 3 of us (2 of my mates and my partner) are NUA students, also 20, and one of us is graduating this year so will be working full time, she'll be 23.
we're all LGBTQ so someone similar is preferred!
We have a 6 bed house in NR1 that's just below £550 per month including bills, and we're all planning to split the council tax evenly so would be about £20ish per month (tax band D) the house has 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and a large living room. all the rooms are very spacious. the move in date is 28th July 2026 - 27th July 2027
