We currently have a Room available in our shared house of three, now two, professional people.

The house is a pleasent end-of-terrace, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, over three floors.

The ground floor has an open plan living/dinning/kitchen, with a bathroom at the rear.

There is a small enclosed courtyard garden.

The first floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom with bath.

The second floor is an attic conversion room.

The available room is on the first floor and is a spacious double.

All rooms are let through an agent so an agency fee and £400 damage deposit applies. Minimum tenancy is 6 months.

Your house mates are one female in her 20's and a male in their 30's. Both enjoy socialising and are young at heart, enjoy gigs, but do work.

The rent is currently £400 per month.

Bills are shared equally between us which include, Internet, TV, Council Tax, and utilities. These are subject to change, so please allow for any scheduled /annual or additional usage increases, that may be necessary. The cost is presently approx £200 per person, but this will be confirmed.
