Bright Single Room with En-Suite – Great Location

A comfortable single bedroom available in a friendly, well-kept home. The room comes with its own private en-suite (shower and toilet).

The house is in a great location, just a 10-minute walk into the city centre, with bus stops nearby for easy transport links. There is free on-street parking available. A couple of really nice pubs are just around the corner.

I’m looking for a working professional who works outside the home. Contractors preferred. The household is quiet and not suited to heavy cooking – light use of the kitchen is fine (e. g. microwave meals), but not full cooking.

There is also a friendly cat in the house.
