Looking to rent out my spare room in a clean tidy house. Large double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. Large well equipped kitchen. Upstairs bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. Large living room with dining table. Garden with seating and bbq. I’m a friendly easy going male and have had lodgers for several years in the past. I often stay at my girlfriend’s alternate weekends and sometimes during the week. I work Monday to Friday.
Off street parking.
Also a bus stop outside. Number 21 that goes into city and then to the hospital every 20 mins.
All bills are included in the rent.
