I’ve loved living in this flat for the past four years. The location and cost have been the best I’ve ever experienced as a renter, and our landlord Alan (who lives in the building) has always been incredibly accommodating and supportive.
The Room:
A second-floor single room available from mid-June. It’s currently used as a bedroom and is a peaceful, quiet space. The room comes unfurnished, but as I'm relocating to Ireland, I have a few items I’m happy to leave behind for the new tenant if you're interested!
The Flatmate:
You’ll be sharing with Eden, who is a performer & arts professional. He’s very easy-going, respectful, and looking for a reliable person to keep the positive, creative energy of the flat going.
The Essentials:
• Rent: Under £400 PCM (a rare find for this part of Norwich)
• Bills: Not included, but very reasonable.
• Location: Right in the heart of Colegate, steps from the river and Merchants House.
• Vibe: We’ve always treated this as a proper home rather than just a rental, so we’re looking for someone who appreciates a tidy, relaxed, and creative environment.
I’m sad to be leaving such a lovely spot, but excited for the next person to move in.
Drop me or Eden a message if you'd like to come and have a look!
