About us and the room:
Me - slightly hippy/alternative vegetarian, easygoing and open minded, English and dance teacher.
Rolf - offshore worker, loves Pink Floyd, playing football and gaming.
Our pad - spacious lounge (with screen for films), large shared kitchen diner - newly refurbished, bathroom, hall, separate toilet, garden across from a park, 15 minutes walk from city centre, most mod cons, on street parking available if you buy a permit.
Your room - spacious double room with walk in cupboard and sink, double bed, sofa and table. Currently there is a separate toilet and bathroom. We are planning to make the toilet into an en-suite shower room for your room so there would be a week or so disruption but we would lower the rent for that month.
What we want from a housemate:
we want a chilled out person who's clean and tidy! Apart from that we're not too fussy - so long as you're nice - which I'm sure you are :)
