The room is situated in a detached property on a quiet road with the benefit of great neighbours.

Shared accommodation comprises: off road parking, garage for secure bike storage, large garden & BBQ, fully equipped kitchen/ dining area, lounge & TV, share of a fridge and freezer, utility with washing machine/shared bathroom/shower facilities. Communal areas professionally cleaned / garden maintained regularly.

Light bedroom, bay window, with double bed, desk, chair, bedside unit, 2 sets of drawers, mirror, wardrobe, TV point, Wi-Fi.

We are a mix of 26 to 49 year olds, sociable, respectful and easy to get along with. We can have a laugh and are clean and tidy.
