Local pub (the Jubilee) is on the same street, which is a quiet and friendly pub with a great beer garden. Chinese takeaway and fish and chips is less than a minute away! Also coach and horses pub very short walk away. On street parking is available but permit is required.

Current occupancy is two male professionals.

The property is over three floors. It has an open plan living room with dining table, (with cable TV), kitchen, downstairs bathroom with shower, middle floor has two bedrooms and bathroom with bath and top floor (attic conversion) is the last bedroom. One of the double bedrooms on the 2nd floor is the room that will be vacant and is unfurnished. There is a wardrobe that will be left in the room if required.
There is a small enclosed courtyard garden at the back of the property which is good for BBQs and has a washing line.

The rent is £270 per month, excluding bills. Bills are £100 a month which includes Virgin Media Internet, phone and TV for downstairs, council tax and other utility bills.

The room is available from 8 November 2019 but can be available for a later date. There's a 1 month damage deposit of £300 and a 6 month minimum tenancy.
