I am looking for a new tenant in my lovely house for £500 month. Bills are not included. The large proportioned rooms and tasteful decor, the relaxing gardens and off street parking make this worth a really lovely place to live!

The other tenant is a friendly and hardworking professional female who enjoys reading and writes in her spare time. She enjoys keeping a quiet and clean house and is easy to live with!

Your room is a large, fully furnished and recently redecorated double bedroom for rent in the beautiful Golden Triangle of Norwich. There is a white wooden double bed with good mattress (medium-firm with memory foam upper section), a large wooden wardrobe, small grey sofa and a chair and 2 side tables. The modern sash window keeps it warm here in winter and has a super view into the garden and beyond (no other houses beyond!).

This is a sunny and peaceful room and the neighbours are quiet and friendly. There is a boxroom with a desk going off your bedroom (please see photos) which is for your sole use as a study or relaxing area. In here are a good wooden desk and chair, and a blanketbox which doubles as a seat, and a bookshelf.

This well-proportioned, hall-entrance terraced house has double-glazing and excellent central heating. The kitchen is well equipped including a microwave, fridge-freezer, cooker, washing machine and butler's sink. There is use of a shared bathroom with a powerful shower on the ground floor.

There are two shared living rooms: firstly, the front room with newly sanded wooden floors, large bay window, green sofa(bed) and woodburner (display only) looking onto the front garden and the quiet street.
Secondly, the dining room with large window onto the back garden with coir carpet, large understairs cupboard and dining table and chairs. Another light and welcoming room in which to eat, socialise or relax!

The house is on a quiet residential street, 15 minutes walk from the heart of Norwich and 20 minutes walk to the UEA. With good transport links around the city and the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, this is a great place to live. There are friendly local pubs and a co-op supermarket and take-aways 5 minutes walk away, and the greenery of Earlham Park is only a 20 minute walk.

There is a residential carpark you can use at the rear of the house and free on-street parking if you prefer.
