Spacious single bedroom. East-facing, with a view of the garden. Lakenham is a residential area close to the city centre, and the house is in a quiet cul-de-sac. It takes about 15 minutes to walk into the city. The house is occupied by myself, my son (18) and one other lodger (35). My daughter is at university and visits some weekends. The house is fairly quiet, and we are looking for a quiet and independent lodger, but it would be nice to have friendly chats or the occasional takeaway together. You would be welcome to use the dining room, patio, garden, and of course the kitchen, shared bathroom and washing machine.
