I have a large fully furnished master double room available now in a modern terrace house situated only 3 minutes walk from the train station/Prince of Wales road in a convenient, quiet residential area. The location is excellent with shops, bars and restaurants only a short walk away. The room is available to move into right away.

The house itself is number 16 St Leonards road (NR1 4BL) and is on the corner of Marion Road. It has a nice living room with leather sofas and a big screen TV, large modern bathroom and good sized kitchen with a washing machine, microwave and large fridge freezer. The room is in excellent condition and has just been renovated with the walls freshly painted and new flooring laid. It includes a double bed with a modern wardrobe and chest of drawers. Please note that the flooring is now laminated as opposed to carpet.

The house benefits from digital TV and wireless broadband. There are 3 people in the house (all females at present). We are looking for an easy going, tidy, non-smoking young professional.

The rent is £415 pcm including all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, digital tv and broadband). One months rent is required as a deposit.
