Due to the current Covid-19 situation, for the safety of our tenants, we are planning to only let the two bigger rooms this academic year. This will allow you the space to remain as safe as possible.
I do my best to offer a good and fair service to my tenants because, unfortunately, my own student daughters went through the unpleasant experience of dealing with unscrupulous landlords. My tenants contact me directly if there is something that needs sorting in the house - I do not use agents - and I sort it out as quickly as is possible. Viewing now, available 1st August for 20-21 academic year, is this three bedroomed house let on a 'Room only' basis. All rooms are newly decorated at the beginning of each tenancy with new carpet recently fitted. Furnished with bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers/bedside cabinet.
Each room has its own lockable door.

We do ask that you use all utilities sensibly to keep costs reasonable and for the sake of the environment.
This house is conveniently located for UEA - 25 minutes slow walk time and 7 minutes cycle time according to Google maps. The bus for the city centre is on the main road just a couple of minutes walk away.
Tesco and Aldi local stores are approximately 10 minutes walk away.
