This capacious student-only house is perfectly situated for UEA students, work placements at the research park, and student nurses ideal for the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. It is located on a quiet street that has a mix of students and families. Distance to UEA Sportspark entrance is 8 minutes by bicycle. There is a large ALDI supermarket within two minutes walking distance, and there is a regular bus service into the city centre, and to the University nearby.
There's plenty of room in the house for four people; it has a spacious lounge/diner area; with laminate flooring, a sofa and two armchairs, coffee table, large TV (license included in rent).A fabulous conservatory with dining table and seating for 4 and patio doors leading onto large garden with large shed for bicycles.
