Pretty quiet house, relaxed atmosphere, fairly clean and tidy, but definitely not for you if you prefer things to be pristine!
Fantastic location 10 mins walk from city centre, 10-15 mins walk from City College, approx 5 mins walk to Unthank Rd where there are several shops and bus stop to UEA. Could walk to UEA in 25-30 mins.
I work Mon to Fri fairly standard hours and there's one slightly nutty collie living here as well.
