I have a newly decorated room, with double bed, 2 chests of drawers, desk, clothes rail, mirror and under-bed storage in my very nice home within easy reach of city centre and UEA. The house is clean and simply furnished, stripped pine floors, all mod cons, central heating. There is non-permit parking outside the door and I am in easy reach of bus routes. I live here and am a busy, vibrant 59 year-old. I work as a volunteer at the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts and the Theatre Royal so I am busy and out quite a lot. I am used to living alongside one other person and like having someone else in the house. I am pretty quiet and tidy so my home is a nice place to live.
