The tenant will have use of the shared living spaces. The house is a short walk to the citysituated between the UEA, the hospital and the city. With quick access to the main routes out of Norwich. Please be aware that the bathroom is shared with myself and is downstairs at the back of a house as in the traditional terrace house.
