Our accommodation, comprising a double bedroom, separate private sitting room, large private bathroom with handbasin, toilet, bath and overhead shower, and kitchenette with breakfast bar, is ideal for a professional from the hospital or local business or perhaps a mature student who is studying for their Masters or PhD - to be a lodger in what is our family home. A reduced rate could be offered for Mon-Fri occupation. Please respond to discuss.

The property is a 3-storey Edwardian house with off street parking and easy access to the University, Hospital and the A11 and is a short bus ride or walk to the city centre. The accommodation offered is a self-contained, furnished flatlet on the top floor and is, therefore, unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues.

The kitchenette is a separate single room which has been equipped with a counter, sink, fridge, kettle, and combination microwave.

By arrangement, use of our laundry room may also be offered (if not too excessive) for the washing and drying of clothes, bed linen and towels. The drying of laundry inside the flatlet is not permitted.

Our house has Virginmedia up to 100Mbps cable broadband with WiFi access throughout.

We are non-smokers and smoking/vaping anywhere inside or outside the property is not permitted.

We have two cats but they live downstairs and are not permitted through the hall door to the rest of the house.
