The other housemates are very friendly and relaxed and everyone gets on really well.
The House is spacious, bright and hasplenty of room. It has great access to ringroad / UEA with some off street parking available. Close to local shops, Pubs, bus routes etc - Great location !
Rent is inclusive of Council Tax, Virgin TV , Gas, Water, Electric, TV license & Wireless Internet etc, no household bills at all for you to pay. We also have a cleaner every two weeks at no extra cost.
