We are looking for a friendly and courteous housemate to join our superb, new professional house share.

After a day of work, if you like cooking some food possibly with a glass of wine and relax, this house could be for you.

The house is a large Victorian, semi-detached terrace house. Many original features, such as fireplaces and ceiling roses.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fantastic with a built-in breakfast bar, 6 ring cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine and microwave.

Toilets and Showers
There are 2 toilets and 2 showers in the house, one upstairs and one downstairs.

Lounge
The shared lounge, just off the kitchen comes with large comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV.

Gardens
The house has an enclosed, secure back garden with a lockable bike shed. There is also a courtyard front garden.

Bedrooms
Each bedroom is fully furnished with the highest quality furniture including a bed and wardrobe.

The house is on Magdalen Road, just very close to Tesco's Express and some of the best pubs in Norwich, the Whalebone and Rosebery to name two.

Tombland bars and restaurants are a 10-minute walk and the city centre a further 5 minutes.
