Quiet modern home in Poringland

Single room available in three storey modern town house with parking and small patio garden - would suit professional or post graduate student. The room has an adjacent bath, shower and toilet. I occasionally use the bath but have my own ensuite so it is effectively your bathroom.

(I also have a double room beside it currently being used by a friend.

I understand that people who have chosen not to take the covid injections are finding it hard to find accommodation. As a medical professional I would not dream of asking you whether or not you have taken any. That is your personal choice and will play no part in my decision

I have a garage which I use as a store room if you need to store items.

I'm an omnivore so if cooking meat is going to be an issue for you - this is probably not the house for you. .

I like things to be kept clean and tidy - a cleaner comes every two weeks and will clean your room and bathroom as well as the rest of the house..

Easy access to the outer ring-road and Norwich is only 15 minutes away by car. Regular busses also go to the city.
