The property is completely private and comes with an enclosed garden and off road parking.

There is also a shared gym area at in a separate out building at the back of the property including a treadmill, rowing machine, weights and yoga mats.

The property is within half a mile of the A11, with easy access to Roudham, Thetford, Attleborough, Wymondham and Norwich.

The station has direct lines to Cambridge and Norwich, which run twice a day to suit commuters.

There is also an award winning pub within half a mile of the property. There are a further 2 pubs, a chinese takeaway, a fish & chip/ kebab place and a large convenience store in East Harling (Co-op), which is only 1 mile away.
