This two bed semi detached house has been decorated to a modern standard and is maintained regularly.
The adjoining house next door is owned but not been lived in for years which is handy as its very quiet when you want it to be and be loud when you want to be.

Just a bit about me.
I am a 37 year old laid back friendly man who gets on with anyone.
Very sociable and chatty, but also respect people's privacy and when people want alone quiet time.
Also into working out and also taught myself sports nutrition if you ever want help in those areas.

As I appreciate that certain living arrangements aren't to everyone's same tastes and personalities can clash. I am happy to arrange a short term let for both of our benefits incase either of us is not entirely happy or our situations change.

As another bonus I will not take an extra months money as a deposit off of you as I know this can be difficult for most people.
All I will ask for is a months rent up front on the first day of moving in and then the same amount every month after that.
