A high spec annex Mon-Fri in a beautiful village

A beautifully fitted detached annex (equivalent of a large studio flat; totally independent living) with a kitchenette, own access and wc/shower room available for Mon-Fri for a single person, £125 per week, price includes everything: electricity, water, rates...etc. Full week stays also possible at £150 per week. We require two weeks rent paid in advance, but there is no deposit and no bills. The belongings can be left into the annex during the weekend if one is Mon-Fri and if you wish to do so. The accommodation has been popular with professional contract workers, who might have 3 - 6 months contracts in Norwich region, but there is no max stay limit time-wise for the lodger. We live in the next door house. Location: 7 miles from Norwich city centre in a beautiful Broads village (takes approx. 10 - 15mins by car to city centre). Lots of car parking space and outside gardens. Walking distance from two river pubs. Bus daily to Norwich (Mon-Fri working hours).Wifi via our house router.
