Our home is a new build home, 10-15 mins from Kings Lynn and seconds away from A17 . Location is within walking distance of local supermarket pub, chip shop, bakery, newsagent, post office and an excellent local village garage. A bus stop is within 2 mins walk and there is regular bus route into Kings Lynn.

You are very welcome be to use large open plan kitchen / diner, washing machine and other laundry facilities along with the garden . There is hot water on demand .
Family uses another bathroom in the home.

Your room has underfloor heating , a tv is provided along with free Wi Fi .
Storage in the room is a built in wardrobe set of drawers. Clean bed linen and towels are provided each week if required.

We are husband and wife occupancy looking to offer spare rooms for rent to tidy, responsible person who needs somewhere to live Mon to Friday.
