I have lived here for 2 years and brought it brand new.
You can rent the second bedroom which already has a wardrobe and a day bed which your welcome to use, and then you can use the 3rd bedroom as your lounge area. So you can put a sofa in there if you like or do what you wish.
Im looking for around £400 a month.
Alternatively for the right price I will rent the whole place out already furnished.
