Double bedroom

I will be having a double room with your own bathroom to rent from 1st June. The bedroom is fully furnished but if you wish to bring your own bed that is fine with me. I only pick up the keys on the 1st of June so sorry I don't have any photos at this time.
It is a very beautiful modern and clean home. I have sausage dogs so you must be dog friendly. They are very cute and friendly.
£800 per month but that does include all of your bills and Internet. All you have to do is buy your own food and keep your bedroom and bathroom clean and any communal areas clean after use. It has a nice garden with a hot tub and bbq. Off road parking. Lots of room in the garage for storage, dishwasher, and tumble dryer along as the normal white goods. There will be a modist work out area in the garage that you are welcome to use, also a bicycle with helmet that we can share if you want to pop out to the shops, beautiful bike rides and nit far from Thetford forest.
Non smokers/vapes and you must be in a secure professional full time job.
