Hello potential lodgers!
I'm Jonny, I've been a live in landlord for around 5 years now in which time I've had 2 females and 2 males live with me, all on separate occasions. I took a year out from lodging so i could do a full renovation of the property during lockdown to which it is now complete and ready to go. On offer is the 3rd bedroom as pictured, currently myself (landlord) and a female lodger live in the property, we are both professional workers. I work away half of the year Air Traffic Control whilst my lodger is a Lawyer. I’m looking for someone who is also a professional and is outgoing like both of us, with that in mind Im looking for a respectful person, good natured, sociable and takes care of the property.
The bathroom is shared and of course kitchen, living space, garden and garage. Broadband and all bills are included. The location is the fantastic but I guess I’m biased, very quiet and still close to the centre. The house has just been renovated so it’s immaculate throughout with some lovely bifolds for the summer, overall a beautiful home also ample parking on a driveway.
All of my previous lodgers have loved living here. Any questions don’t hesitate to ask.
