Double room available in detached character house. Room includes small double bed, with all bedding, wardrobe, chest of drawers and smart TV.

There is a bathroom upstairs and a shower downstairs. You can have full access to the house, including a large lounge with log burner. The kitchen has a double gas oven, a-joined to a large dining room. The garden is vast, with grass and patio furniture to enjoy in the summer. The house has gas central heating.

The house is located in Watlington, on the main line train to Kings Lynn/Cambridge/Kings Cross. The station is a ten minute walk. There are lots of other amenities in the village, including pub, shop, post office and chip shop! It’s a community centred village, with lots of activities/sports at the village hall and social club.

I do have two large dogs and three cats, who are allowed in the house, so an animal lover is essential!

I work as a professional in the NHS, which sometimes includes shift work. I do live alone but often have family and friends visit.

I am looking for a professional lodger, preferably female. £550 a calendar month includes all bills, fibre broadband and one parking space. £400 deposit payable on completion of contract, one week before move in date.

No pets or smokers allowed. References, contract, proof of ID required.
