Fully furnished, modern two bedroom semi-detached house in a quiet are of the village. Off street parking with great transport links with the village train station being a two minute walk offering hourly direct links to London kings cross, Cambridge and Kings Lynn. A10 and A47 roads also only a short drive. The village amenities include pub, shop and fish and chip shop all within walking distance.
The room itself is an average double size with built in full length mirror wardrobe and airing cupboard. There is a double glazed window and is centrally heated. Full use of bathroom, living room, kitchen, washing machine, conservatory and garden included. No smoking in the house, but garden acceptable.
I work in agriculture so work long hours in the busy spring, summer and autumn periods, having generally left the house by 6: 30am on a working day. When not working I tend to head off and see friends in the weekends. I'm fairly sociable and outgoing and always keen to meet new people.
I'm looking for a similar person to share with, who is clean an tidy and respects the communal spaces. A small well trained and behaved dog may be acceptable but an increase in rent and/or security deposit may be incurred.
